In a world that constantly pulls us forward, taking a pause is a powerful act of care. When we slow down—even for a single breath—we can meet ourselves and others with compassion, tenderness, and presence.

In this 2-hour online workshop, mindfulness, and yoga teacher Jillian Pransky invites you to explore pausing as a practice of healing and connection. Pausing is not passive; it’s how we soften stress, interrupt habitual reactions, and create new pathways for peace within ourselves and in our relationships.

Through a nourishing blend of somatic movement, yoga, restorative rest, and mindfulness practices, you learn to:

  • Release stress and tension in the body and mind
  • Create a sense of spaciousness and ease
  • Cultivate expanded awareness and deep listening
  • Foster deeper connection with yourself and others

Jillian also guides you through LARLAR™, her six-step method for integrating pauses into everyday life.
