Jillian Pransky

JIllian Pransky has taught mindfulness, yoga, and meditation internationally for 30 years—helping people feel at home in their bodies and meet the present moment with greater clarity, choice, and compassion. A student of Pema Chodron's work since 1998, she infuses her classes with mindfulness, somatic practices, and tools to bring off the mat and into our daily lives. Known for bridging the gap between body and mind, she creates immersive experiences for seasoned yoga and meditation teachers as well as first-time skeptics—especially those seeking relief from anxiety, pain, or trauma. 

Jillian teaches at many renowned holistic centers and is the author of The Power of The Pause: 90 Seconds To Calm, Reset, and Reconnect and Deep Listening: A Healing Practice to Calm Your Body, Clear Your Mind, and Open Your Heart.
