Join Linda Yael Schiller and Kimberly Mascaro as they share integrative, spiritual, somatic, contemplative, and expressive hands-on modalities for connecting with and honoring our ancestors. Develop a toolkit for healing intergenerational trauma that has been passed down through ancestral lines.
In this interactive experiential workshop, participants learn to connect with and offer and receive aid from ancestors while setting healthy boundaries. Together, we acquire skills for making and receiving contact with our loved ones and teachers both through the waking- and sleeping-state continuum.
Through a combination of teaching, group discussion, small- and large-group work, indoor and outdoor experiential exercises, writing practices, and guided meditations, you learn:
- The Guided Active Imagination Approach (GAIA) method for nightmare healing
- The six shouts or whispers our ancestors may be sending us
- How to use altars, tree-of-life journeys, yoga nidra, dream-based spiritual practices, and genograms (family trees) to aid in ancestral work
Leave with a new set of dreamwork skills and a deeper understanding of the many ways to work with ancestors.
