As we distill ourselves to our most raw and elemental essence, we return to our sacred flow. This retreat offers a deep encounter with our primal bodies and invites a reconnection with the innate wisdom held within us through movement, breath, and presence.
Rooted in somatic awareness and devotional practice, Miriam Peretz guides us on a transformative journey of personal and spiritual growth. Through embodied ritual, focused breathwork, mindful movement, and sacred dance, we create space for healing and empowerment.
Over the course of the week, we honor and deepen our connection to the earth, to the water, and to our own bodies, holding space for healing and integrating the various cycles and passages unfolding in our lives.
Dance sessions draw on Nava Movement, a modality developed by Miriam that weaves together somatic inquiry, embodied ritual, and guided improvisation to support personal insight and collective transformation. Sacred circle dances from Central Asia, whirling practices, ecstatic movement, and devotional poetry deepen our connection to body, spirit, and the greater web of life.
Each day culminates in a creative, site-specific offering of dance cocreated with one another, the elements, and the natural landscape. In this collaborative process, we allow the beauty of the land to inspire us, imprinting its wisdom into our bodies and movements.
This retreat welcomes women of all ages and movement backgrounds.
