Return to your body, awaken your senses, and reconnect with your sacred flow in this immersive women’s retreat weaving dance, somatic practice, breath, ritual, and nature.
Guided by Miriam Peretz, each day unfolds through Nava Movement, her unique approach bringing together sacred dance, somatic inquiry, embodied ritual, and guided improvisation. Through focused breathwork, movement, and contemplative practices, you are invited to listen deeply to your body, explore your inner landscape, and create space for healing, renewal, and personal transformation.
Mornings begin with a beautiful breath meditation and purification practice to center and awaken the body. Later, you immerse yourself in dance, exploring movement as a pathway to presence, expression, and connection. In the late afternoon and early evening, the practice moves outdoors, where you dance with the elements and draw inspiration from Omega’s beautiful campus landscape.
Sacred circle dances from Central Asia, whirling practices, ecstatic movement, and devotional poetry further enrich the experience, weaving body and spirit together throughout the day.
Open to women of all ages and movement backgrounds, this retreat requires no previous dance experience—only a willingness to move, explore, and receive the wisdom of your body and the natural world.
