Explore a framework for holistic mental health and healing, and learn trauma-informed somatic practices to heal anxiety, depression, and trauma.

LeNaya Smith Crawford invites anyone seeking a deeper way to heal to explore a holistic approach that restores balance and cultivates resilience.

This 5-day immersive retreat invites mental health professionals, healers, wellness practitioners, healthcare providers, and anyone seeking deeper healing to explore holistic approaches to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Integrating neuroscience, nervous-system education, and trauma-informed somatic practices, participants learn to restore balance, regulate their systems, and cultivate resilience within themselves and those they serve.

Participants explore The Holistic Therapist™ Method—the physical, energetic, mental/emotional, spiritual, and communal layers—as a framework for integration and long-term transformation.

By engaging in lectures, experiential practice, and reflective exercises that integrate mind, body, and spirit, you learn:

  • Evidence-informed practices, including breathwork, movement, or sound healing, that support nervous-system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional release
  • How to integrate trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches into personal and professional healing work
  • A deeper understanding of Polyvagal Theory and its application to holistic mental health

Rooted in trauma-informed principles, evidence-informed practices, and enriched by clinical, spiritual, and cultural wisdom, this program equips participants with research-supported holistic frameworks, theory, and tools for sustainable healing. Leave renewed, restored, and equipped to guide yourself and others toward sustainable well-being.
