Elaine Colandrea in a movement exercise

Experience the power of wholeness and connection through the somatic practice of Continuum, led by Megan Bathory-Peeler and Elaine Colandrea.

In words and movement, Elaine Colandrea describes how Continuum helps her "meet the moment-to-moment unfolding of life."

Continuum gives us elegantly simple, practical, and relevant tools for experiencing the transformative power of wholeness. Creative movement explorations change our embodied awareness and perception, opening portals to the reality of interconnection. Breath and sound practices, silent meditation, and community exchange enable us to restore the broadest sense of belonging and acceptance of being with what is.

The transforming experiences of this somatic workshop inform our relationships as we integrate them into our everyday lives. As participants, we dissolve internalized patterns of resistance and physical restrictions, providing ease and comfort in our bodies.

This retreat is designed for educators, health-care practitioners, artists, activists, and anyone—regardless of physical limitations—wishing to sustain themselves from a fluid state of wholeness and well-being.

Elaine Colandrea and Megan Bathory-Peeler are joined by additional Continuum teachers throughout the week.

Please note: Teachers and schedule are subject to change.
