Many meditators practice meditation under circumstances that they find conducive—during the day in the lit world. During this workshop, we explore pith instructions from the great 14th-century Tibetan Dzokchen master Longchenpa that empower the meditator to make use of both day and night with their respective light and darkness.
By aligning our practice to the natural cycle of day and night, you cultivate creativity while developing confidence in deepening your relationship with meditation in a lit environment as well as with darkness.
This retreat is for intermediate and experienced meditators and appropriate for anyone familiar with the practice of Dzokchen.
