Access the wisdom and gifts of your ancestral lines and heal ancestral burdens, guided by psychotherapist Tamala Floyd and mindfulness expert Jataunia Schweitzer.

Tamala Floyd invites you to investigate the burdens you inherit from your ancestors and release them.

Each of us has wise ancestors who want to help us heal the ancestral burdens we carry, says Tamala Floyd. By releasing these burdens, we gain positive behavior change, improved relationships, and increased life fulfillment.

Join this immersive, experiential week connecting with yourself, your ancestors, and your community, and learn:

  • Key concepts of the IFS model of working with generational trauma
  • How to connect with and gain trust in the power of protective parts
  • Mindfulness practices to bring attention and presence to your experiences
  • How to identify young, wounded parts and support their healing
  • Techniques to befriend activated or triggered parts that carry generational trauma
  • Ways to access the wisdom and gifts of ancestral lines

Through didactic learning, mindfulness practices, drawing, journaling, movement, guided meditation, group discussions, and more, you learn ways to access the wisdom and gifts of your ancestral lines.

Return home with clarity on how to incorporate the tools gained in the workshop into your daily life, the ability to help calm activated or triggered parts of yourself, and a greater understanding of the inner parts of others, resulting in less tendency to personalize behavior of others.
