In this professional training, gain experience in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) practices and resources for ongoing teacher development in a community of others teaching MBCT.

The Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) curriculum can be transformational for health-care professionals. In this foundational professional training, habits of mind, body, and behavior underlying the suffering that is part of our human condition are revealed.

During the training, you are immersed in the MBCT curriculum experientially. You experience a contemplative consultation process integrating exposure therapy during “teach-backs” with relational mindfulness practice (RMP).

Learn to sit with the challenges of unwanted or unpleasant emotions, while creating conditions for sustaining wellness. Discover practices and processes for building confidence while implementing MBCT with intentionality, embodiment, and compassion—benefiting conditions transdiagnostically and transtherapeutically. Foundational curriculum elements and mechanisms of MBCT are highlighted.

Chris Molnar, PhD, offers a high-quality MBCT training that adheres to the principles of participant experiential learning and treatment fidelity. There is no better way to learn mindfulness and MBCT than to experience it for yourself.
