Guided by expressive arts therapists and embodiment coaches Chelsea Horton and Sarah Rot, this workshop helps you deepen body awareness and learn the most potent regulation techniques that speak directly to the nervous system. Also, learn how to nonverbally attune to someone else’s nervous system state, so that you can effectively hold space for others.
Through a combination of education, group discussion, guided embodiment practices, collaborative creative exploration, and art making, you discover:
