You're creative.
You.
From what you put on your calendar, to what you spend money on, to what you give energy to, you’re constantly creating your life—like a work of art.
Over the years, best-selling author and spiritual teacher Rob Bell has become more aware of this mystery of creation; the magic of how something can come out of nothing.
"When I was 19, I joined a band and we wrote songs, we booked shows, and we made cassette tapes of our music," he says. "I learned a new way to understand my life. It's like a work of art. You keep trying things, learning as you go, throwing yourself into it, while holding it loosely at the same time."
Rob says that’s where the life is, the vitality, the magic: You, paying attention to your life, listening to it, shaping it, and crafting it with joy and resilience.
Guided by Rob, we explore the stories you're telling about your life so far, and do some stick figure drawings as we observe how the creation around us works. We explore how fear is actually our friend and learn how to leave a word like "failure" behind, as we spend time experiencing how clarity emerges within us about what's next.
Are you stuck on something in your life? Is there something you want to create but don't know where to begin? Do you know exactly what you want to do but you're haunted by this question: "Who am I to do this?" Do you have a sense that a season or a chapter is ending and a new season or chapter is going to begin; but it's a trick navigating the change?
Together, we sit with these questions as Rob guides us through getting unstuck and on our way.
