Revitalize your being and connect more deeply with the life-giving force within and around you with restorative yoga teacher Jillian Pransky.

Jillian Pransky demonstrates a short slow flow yoga practice that utilizes a mindful pace and breathwork to leave you feeling more grounded.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
Viktor Frankl

The autumn equinox marks a threshold between light and dark, fullness and release. As nature begins to shift, we're invited to do the same.

Join mindfulness teacher, author, and certified yoga therapist Jillian Pransky as we pause during this in-between season, recalibrate, and consciously participate in life's unfolding—trusting the wisdom of what is ending and what is ready to emerge. Return home feeling rested, rooted, and renewed—with a deeper connection to yourself, greater resilience, and trust in life's unfolding.

Who Should Attend? All are welcome.

What You Experience

Throughout this nourishing weekend in nature and community, you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space to listen more deeply. Through movement, meditation, rest, and reflection, you restore your energy, renew your perspective, and embrace the wisdom of the changing season. You experience:

  • Mindful slow flow yoga and somatic movement to feel grounded, open, and present
  • Restorative yoga to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and replenish
  • Meditation to center the mind and reconnect with the heart
