Kumiko's philosophy is deeply entrenched in her commitment to spiritual serenity and human-touch communication as a means to harmony. Through hands-on experience coupled with insightful lectures, we gain understanding of how to use shiatsu as a way to come back to a more balanced state.
We learn techniques of 5 Elements method stretching, Makko Ho, tapping and acupressure for self-care, Do-in, and intuitive shiatsu. Kumiko shares a guided practice of self-shiatsu techniques for addressing issues such as headaches, fatigue, poor sleep, menopause, digestive issues, hair loss, and more.
This workshop is open to all levels; no prior experience is necessary.
