One of the most pressing questions that arises in our most intimate relationships is how to maintain connections that feel enriching, reciprocal, and safe—while maintaining an authentic sense of self. The relationship structures that have existed for centuries are being challenged in ways they never have before.
We are beginning to question our practices of codependency, people-pleasing, and whether or not longevity is the best marker for what constitutes relational success. While this questioning can lead to a deep sense of individual empowerment, it can make us question what successful relationships will look like as we attempt to integrate our fundamental human needs for belonging with our need for personal evolution.
Join author and facilitator Dené Logan for an exploration of what it looks like to maintain a sense of sovereignty while cultivating life-affirming relationships with others.
This workshop supports you in:
- Balancing your need for belonging while releasing fear-based ways of relating to others
- Integrating the masculine (structural) and feminine (aliveness) energetics that exist within all of us, regardless of how we identify in terms of gender
- Learning to show up in your community and your relationships more authentically
- Recognizing codependent tendencies and other ways we've been conditioned to show up relationally that can create barriers to authentic intimacy
Note: This workshop is open to all people—singles, couples, divorced, widowed, or in a committed relationship.
