This multi-sport camp—for boys and girls of all skill levels—is led by veteran Family Week coaches Ellen and Kino. Many sports and games are played, including basketball, baseball, flag football, kickball, and wiffleball. The emphasis is on fun, skills, fitness, injury prevention, and mental focus. Yoga and stretching are introduced as a foundation for fitness and injury prevention. Campers enjoy stories from the big leagues, music, prizes, friendly competition, and opportunities to dive deeper into particular sports in breakout sessions.
