Bill Ray is a former Commander of the Fort Meade Remote Viewing Unit and one of the five military viewers trained by Ingo Swann. He is a retired United States Army Major with more than 30 years in Intelligence, including 20 years in Europe. Today Bill is employed by the US Army as a civilian. He has been a remote viewer for more than 11 years and taught a controlled remote viewing course in Europe for several years.
Bill has a bachelor's degree in history from the State University of New York and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Southern California.
