Charlie Morley is a Hay House author and lucid dreaming teacher. He received the traditional authorization to teach within the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism from Lama Yeshe Rinpoche in 2008 and has since developed the holistic approach to dream work called Mindfulness of Dream & Sleep alongside mindfulness expert Rob Nairn.
A resident of the Kagyu Samye Dzong Buddhist Centre in London, he has taught retreats and workshops in more than 20 countries around the world and written two books—Lucid Dreaming and Dreams of Awakening—which have been translated into 10 languages.
He was featured in The Guardian, spoke at Cambridge University and on BBC Radios 1 and 4, and gave the first ever talk on lucid dreaming at a TEDx conference. In 2018 he was awarded a Churchill Fellowship grant to research “mindfulness based PTSD treatment” and continues to teach on retreats for armed forces veterans. Charlie runs retreats and workshops in more than 20 countries and guest teaches internationally.
