Danny Dreyer

Danny Dreyer is the cofounder of ChiRunning, a revolutionary approach to effortless, injury-free running that has been transforming the running world for the last two decades.

His work is based on his 18-year study of tai chi and his 45 years of running, racing, and coaching people in energy efficiency, injury-prevention, and “intelligent movement.”

Danny Dreyer is coauthor (with his wife Katherine Dreyer) of ChiRunning: A Revolutionary Approach to Effortless, Injury-free Running and ChiWalking: Five Mindful Steps to Lifelong Health and Energy, and ChiMarathon.

ChiRunning is now taught in 12 languages in 22 countries by over 200 certified instructors.
