Along with leading trainings in the Nia technique, Debbie Rosas has served on the Mind-Body Committee for the IDEA Health and Fitness Association, and has presented at numerous IDEA World and Inner IDEA fitness conventions, as well as the National Wellness Conference, International Spa and Fitness Association, Science and Consciousness Convention, and Sound Healers Convention.
