Frances Schultz is a journalist, speaker, artist, traveler, teacher, and seeker. She has made a career of celebrating beauty in everyday living, focusing on creativity as a way to connect with spirit, discover the sacred, and align with life’s purpose.

Frances is author of The Bee Cottage Story: How I Made a Muddle of Things and Decorated My Way Back to Happiness, and coauthor of California Cooking and Southern Style. 

A contributing editor to House Beautiful magazine and former editor-at-large for Veranda, she has written for numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal and Town & Country magazine. For six years she was the on-air host of the award-winning cable television show Southern Living Presents and has appeared on The Today Show, The Nate Berkus Show, CNN’s Open House, and Martha Stewart Radio.

She is a member of the National Arts Club and serves on the boards of the Horticultural Society of New York and the Empowers Africa foundation.
