Githa Ben-David has been working with the Note from Heaven for 35 years. She was trained and educated in classic saxophone at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, and by the Indian classical singer Mangala Tiwari. Later, she lived in Israel for many years, where she was educated as a healer in the Mystical Therapy system tradition of Master José. Ben-David is one of the leaders of vocal sound healing and has helped thousands of clients over the years.

Ben-David is a member of Danish Jazz, Beat, and Folk Authors, and has written and performed for Anatomic Theatre, Bustan Ha Siproim, and Notzot ba Ruach. She is a leader of a certified course in vocal sound therapy, and runs courses in Denmark and all over Europe.

Ben-David is married to sound healer Lars Muhl, who featured her as the subject of the documentary film The Note From Heaven. Ben-David and Muhl have recorded two albums of spiritual songs together, To Heal the Space Between Us and Zeros, and the two also co-operate Gilalai Institute of Energy and Consciousness and a Mystery School. She lives in Denmark with Muhl and her two sons, Peleh and Ghil Ben-David, with whom she also works on musical projects.
