Holly Shelowitz, a culinary nutrition educator and keynote speaker, has been offering online and in-person client sessions, cooking classes, and educational events since 1999, inspiring people to eat their greens and get into their kitchens to cook. Her cooking school, Hudson Valley Cooking Classes, offers hands-on cooking classes featuring local, seasonal ingredients in Rhinebeck, New York.
A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Professional Training Program in Manhattan, Shelowitz leads cooking and nutrition classes and Workplace Wellness Workshops, educating onsite for corporations such as Eileen Fisher, UPS, American Express, and more. She has taught nutrition and cooking classes at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health In Manhattan, the Bronx Botanical Gardens, and at numerous farmers markets, culinary stores, libraries, colleges, and schools.
She is the former Northeast Regional Nutrition Educator for Whole Foods Market, helping to launch two Healthy Eating Education programs that were integrated company-wide. A regular guest on radio stations and websites, Holly Shelowitz also has been featured in magazines as a nutrition and cooking expert.
