Judith Pennington

Judith Pennington is an internationally published journalist, author, and world authority on electroencephalography (EEG) and the Awakened Mind of the masters. Succeeding the late C. Maxwell Cade and Anna Wise, Pennington is founder of the Institute for the Awakened Mind and developer of the Mind Mirror 6, a unique, composite EEG device that is used to monitor brainwave patterns and guide people to creative flow, peak performance, and transcendence. She is also the founder of Eagle Life Communications, an educational outreach for personal and planetary peace.

Pennington's pioneering research on the brainwaves of advanced meditators, intuitives, mediums, and healers offers insights into the brain, the biofield, and the quantum shift in consciousness that is fully underway on our planet. She is known for her ease in communicating complex ideas and for using music and brainwave meditation to usher people into higher states of consciousness.

Pennington is the author of two books on the science of spirituality—The Voice of the Soul and Your Psychic Soul—and four top-selling guided meditation CDs as part of the Listening to Your Psychic Soul series. She is also the publisher of three free online newsletters, “The Still, Small Voice,” “OneWorld Spirit,” and “Eureka Times.” She travels the world teaching practitioners and individuals how to master their minds in order to master their lives. Pennington has taught at Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E., the Esalen Institute, the Monroe Institute, and Omega.
