Kathryn Budig shares her zest for life, yoga, and food as the Women's Health magazine yoga expert, along with her writings for The Huffington Post, Yoga Journal, Gaiam, The Daily Love, and MindBodyGreen.
She has appeared on the covers of Yoga Journal, Yoga International, Om Yoga, and Common Ground, and has been featured in Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times. She is the author of The Women's Health Big Book of Yoga and produced the DVD, Aim True Yoga.
Additionally, Budig serves as the brand representative for ToeSox and the studio line for Under Armour.
Budig is also the co-creator of “Poses for Paws,” a nonprofit organization that supports local animal shelters. As a result of her successful contribution to their business, ToeSox approached her to collaborate with a “sox” that would donate a portion of proceeds to animal charity.
She is trained in and teaches Vinyasa flow classes influenced by Ashtanga Yoga.
