What Others Are Saying About Lee Holden:

“I have tried tai chi before, but I have trouble remembering the movements, and I have walked out of tai chi classes feeling frustrated. When I saw Lee, I felt ‘I can do this!’ The program felt so sensible to me; I thought, ‘This is something I can really do.’ I'm 67 and that's important to me. You want to feel successful in what you're trying.”
