Lynne Boucher is a full-time yoga coach who has been practicing Acro Yoga for 11 years in and around Rochester, New York. She completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, a national Yoga for Athletes Teacher Training in 2016, and Acro Yoga Teacher Training in 2017.
Lynne’s life work has been centered on cultivating community and pursuing social justice through experiences of movement and meditation. Lynne has a master’s degree in ministry and served as director of the Center for Spirituality at Nazareth University for 18 years, where she supported people of all faiths/perspectives in fostering connection and integration in their bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits.
In addition to Acro Yoga, Lynne specializes in outdoor yoga, Yoga for Athletes, paddle board (SUP) yoga, and yoga retreats. She has partnered with Omega since 2012 as a national leader for the yoga service movement. She is overwhelmingly grateful to receive and share the gifts of yoga, especially with those who have not yet had access to its healing power.
