Malcom A. Sanz, Omega's former executive chef, has more than two decades of culinary and kitchen management experience. Nominated for 2008 Chef of the Year by the Alabama Restaurant and Hospitality Association, he was a featured chef of Keany Produce and a member of the Starwood culinary team for their 2004 World Conference.
