Nirali Lauren McCrea is certified to facilitate Amrit Method® of Yoga Nidra and has served on the faculty of yoga teacher training and yoga nidra professional training at the Amrit Yoga Institute since 2009. She also holds a professional certification with Yoga Works in New York City. She regularly accompanies Yogi Desai on his domestic and international travels as an assistant teacher.
