Robin Boudette, PhD, is a licensed psychologist, behavior-change expert, and mindfulness teacher with more than 25 years of clinical experience. She is the former program director at the University Medical Center at Princeton Eating Disorders Program and founded the Mind-Body Health Team at Princeton University. Currently she teaches at the Mindfulness Institute at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and leads the Behavior Change Facilitator Training at MindSciences.
Boudette studied integrative medicine, training extensively in both yoga therapy and mindfulness meditation, and is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor. She regularly presents at national professional conferences, weekend workshops, and retreats, and offers programs and trainings in health-care, higher education, and workplace settings. She also has a private practice in Princeton, New Jersey.
