Steven Filante, PCC, is a coach, international coach trainer, and mentor coach, working with thought leaders and business owners who need an ally to translate their vision of change into the world.
Filante entered the coaching profession in 1999 after completing a coaching course as a requirement for a leadership program. Always open to new modalities and possibilities, he challenges and invites his learners to include every piece of their experience and being and bring these to coaching. He naturally creates space where energy is heightened and ideas flow freely, a trademark of Fire in the Heart, an advanced coach-training course he designed and delivers.
In addition to coach training, Filante coaches politicians, thought leaders, and small business owners who need an ally to translate their vision of change into the world. “My work helps successful, effective people cut through the things that slow them down," says Filante. Steven Filante is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Professional Certified Coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation. He loves the outdoors and strengthens his connection to the earth through walking his two dogs, kayaking, bicycling, whitewater rafting, and bird watching.
