Susan Grove

Susan Grove, Omega's former community engagement manager, has worked for more than 20 years with a number of nonprofit organizations in the United States and abroad in a wide variety of roles, including program development, management, and evaluation; administrative systems development and implementation; strategic planning; participatory research, facilitation and training; and community and organization building.

Since coming to the Hudson Valley in 2008, she has served in leadership roles related to systems and social change, serving as the first executive director of the Poughkeepsie Farm Project, the founding coordinator of the Poughkeepsie Plenty Food Coalition, and a facilitation consultant for regional nonprofit organizations.

In her work and in her life, Susan Grove seeks to be actively engaged with the question of how we can collectively create change so that we see our highest human values reflected in the world around us.
