Explore playful creativity and gentle movement to free up and connect to your most alive self with painter and gentle guide Flora Bowley.

Watch Flora demonstrate her Brave Intuitive Painting Process.

Flora Bowley believes creative expression, intuitive wisdom, and personal freedom are intricately connected, and she's passionate about rekindling the flames of inspiration that reunite us with a deep sense of human aliveness.

Through a unique blend of hands-on, intuitive art practices, authentic movement, free form writing, visualizations, and soulful connection, The Art of Aliveness offers a dynamic and playful space to nurture and rediscover the parts of ourselves that make us feel most alive.

Known worldwide for her unique ability to instill creative courage, self-acceptance, and wild freedom, Bowley’s gentle and encouraging approach to the creative process is perfect for anyone willing to show up with an open and curious heart.

No art, movement, or writing experience is necessary.
