Artist and gentle guide Flora Bowley believes creative expression, intuitive wisdom, and personal freedom are intricately connected and offer a soulful way back to our human aliveness.

If you're seeking to reignite your creative spark and nurture the parts of yourself that make you feel the most alive, this retreat offers a safe and encouraging space to connect to a deep well of creative practices, a loving community, and the remembrance that you were born to create.

Through a soulful blend of hands-on intuitive art practices, gentle authentic movement, free-form writing, breathwork, visualization, and community connection, you learn to:

  • Find creative courage
  • Create art in brand new ways
  • Connect to intuition
  • Let go of perfectionism
  • Drop into the present moment
  • Nurture self-acceptance
  • Move stuck emotions
  • Unearth inner wisdom
  • Remember that YOU are an artist

Flora's gentle, down-to-earth, and out-of-the-box approach to the creative process is perfect for anyone willing to show up with an open and curious heart. No art, movement, or writing experience is necessary. Come as you are and reconnect to what makes you feel most alive.

Artmaking and creative thinking serve as powerful vehicles to access more of our own humanity and create a life we truly love.
