Everyone has a story. When people share something real from their lives—joy, heartbreak, confusion, redemption—we all recognize pieces of ourselves.
Storytelling restores connection and belonging in a world that too often keeps us apart.
This storytelling workshop blends individual exploration with collective creativity. Through techniques drawn from oral storytelling, memoir writing, and performance tools—including body and voice work, breath awareness, and improvisational theater games—participants identify meaningful personal experiences, uncover the very richest parts of the story, and then shape, tell, and ultimately perform it with authenticity and confidence at a story-sharing event.
All are welcome: beginners, seasoned writers, performers, and anyone curious about the transformative power of story.
