Learn embodied consent skills to ask for what you want and speak up for your boundaries in all aspects of life.

Robyn Dalzen invites you to explore the skills of agreement-making, boundary-setting, and the joys of receiving and giving using the Wheel of Consent method.

The Wheel of Consent, developed by Dr. Betty Martin, is the gold standard among therapists and bodyworkers for helping you gain a greater sense of personal empowerment when it comes to speaking up for what you want—and speaking up for your limits. The Wheel has become a powerful tool to improve the quality of your touch and to create clear agreements so you can experience satisfying connection to yourself and others.

Through hands-on practice, paired exchanges, group sharing, and theoretical pieces, you learn:

  • Methods to tune into and become more comfortable with physical sensations and emotions in the body
  • How physical sensations inform desires and limits as essential components of embodied consent
  • To feel the dynamics of receiving and giving in your body
  • A simple formula for creating clear agreements and greater understanding in relationships
  • Skills to tune into and communicate "no" and "yes" from an internally aligned place
  • Ways to gain awareness of deeply ingrained patterns of going along and how to reverse that and come into a place of choice and autonomy

Join somatic intimacy experts Dr. Betty Martin and Robyn Dalzen to gain a deeper understanding of embodied consent, including skills to notice and name sensation and understand how it influences communication of desires and limits.

As you come to understand the Wheel of Consent, you begin to express your wants—the things that bring you joy, delight, peace, comfort, or satisfaction—and to bring more clarity, ease, and integrity to your relationships.

Come with an open mind and heart, a sense of curiosity, and a willingness to step into places of discomfort, knowing you will be held with care.
