Together, we practice Jivamukti yoga and meditation daily, using tools such as chanting mantras and studying sacred texts to enhance and deepen your experience. Jivamukti is a method developed by Sharon Gannon and David Life that consists of five tenets: Shastra (scripture), Bhakti (devotion), Ahimsa (non-harming), Nada (sound), and Dhyana (meditation).
Morning sessions include meditation, yoga postures, and a philosophical or yoga text offering. During afternoon sessions, we engage in mindful and relaxing practices, including restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and experimenting with various meditation tools such as eye-gazing and yantra painting.
