Aries (March 21 - April 19)

Albert Einstein said, "Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions." Where will your imagination take you this year? Dream big. Jupiter, the planet of faith, shows you what's possible when you adopt an abundance mindset. It will dip into your sign from May 11 to October 28, setting the stage for the opportunities you will reach fruition in 2023. Have no doubt; after two years of calculated progress, your efforts pay off in the form of accelerated growth this year.

Make financial decisions with care as the North Node moves into Taurus on January 18, signaling the start of a new 18-month cycle. The transiting North Node shows us what to prioritize, and money is top of your list. You'll better understand the intimate relationship between love and money in your life this year as the eclipses on April 30, May 16, October 25, and November 8 activate these themes.

You start the year by evaluating how an internalized set of rules guides your life. Are they even yours, or, instead, are they inherited from culture and family of origin? As you rethink the ones that aren't yours, you might let go of tangible items or possessions that no longer spark joy. Clearing and decluttering will lead you to create a space in your life to welcome new beginnings.

Mars makes its way through your sign from May 24 to July 4, motivating you to take courageous steps forward in business and life. It is a year to align your day-to-day activities with your purpose. Each person you meet this year could be an angel in disguise. Open yourself to friendships and develop new relationships.

Let's not forget love! Relationships take on a dreamlike quality with Jupiter in Pisces for the first part of the year. However, try not to fall for an ideal or pursue someone's attention just for the sake of the chase. With Jupiter moving into your sign this summer, you have the power of magnetic attraction. Use it wisely.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

As I think about the big themes for your 2022, I'm reminded of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, in which Ebenezer Scrooge sacrifices love for money. Did you grow up to believe you could either have money or love? Or feel you sacrifice one desire for another in relationships? Family patterns or life experiences reinforce our beliefs, but it's time to change your mind. As the North Node destiny point moves through your sign this year, it brings attention to things like inheritance, income, partnership, and how to merge with another. Money and love are both up. You get to experience an abundance of both!

Both money and love relate to astrological Venus, and its core themes are self-worth and pleasure. So, you will better understand the dynamic relationship between personal satisfaction and economic stability. Life doesn't have to be so much work; let relaxation and connection deepen your sense of purpose. And enjoy being in love… with others, nature, and yes, even yourself.

Throughout 2021, a challenging relationship between Saturn in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus stretched you beyond comfort. Perhaps you were trying to make everyone happy but needed to navigate a path to more balance in your life. You came to the other side more aware that you can't please everyone, and it's okay to prioritize yourself. This year, those challenges still linger but without so much pressure.

Jupiter, the planet of blessings, shines on friendships and shows you how to build a stronger community. You might find collaborators or benefactors, especially in April as Jupiter meets Neptune in Pisces. People from your past might come back into your life with a renewed desire for connection. Consider joining groups or organizations to support this process.

In love, relax and allow your imagination to take over. Travel opportunities open up in June after Mercury stations direct on the second. With the solar eclipse on April 30 and lunar eclipse on November 8 in your sign, love could surprise you!

Gemini (May 20 - June 20)

The past 12 months allowed for more purposeful living. You took hold of your destiny with the North Node in your sign, but it was far from comfortable! This year, you build upon that tremendous growth, and you'll see career success like you haven't seen for years. Believe in the beauty and power of your dreams.

If you're not one to strive toward a specific goal or resolution, you might set some intentions at the start of the year. Ask, and you shall receive could be a mantra for you. There's power in asking.

In April, be clear about what you invite into your life. Your no is as important as your yes. Realize some opportunities might not materialize as you'd imagine. Discern how best to spend your time, energy, and resources to avoid feeling overwhelmed.

Jupiter, the planet of abundance, shines in Pisces for much of the year. From May 11 to October 28, it dips into Aries to shine some light on your social life and introduce you to new people who could become collaborators. Allow others to show their support and receive help, gifts, and more from people in your circle. Then, open space for new relationships. Jupiter is the planet of angels, and its influence could bring blessings to your friendships, helping expand your sense of community.

The North Node in Taurus makes this a year of heightened spiritual awareness, especially in early May, late October, and early November, when the eclipses punctuate these themes. Journal to access your inner guidance and wisdom. Take classes or workshops to develop your intuition or practice mindfulness.

In love, your challenge will be to feel free while stabilizing those commitments. Release any deep-seated fears of being trapped or stuck by talking them through with a trusted friend or counselor. Let love surprise you this fall.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)

Oh, the places you will go this year! Jupiter, the planet of blessings and abundance, moves through Pisces most of the year, restoring faith and sparking optimism for the first time in two years. If you can believe it, you can draw it into your life. So, imagine wondrous things and expect favorable outcomes! Travel is a possibility as Jupiter meets Neptune in Pisces this April. Are you up for an overseas adventure? Explore new destinations as a part of your spiritual practice. Often, when we travel to a new place, our ego lets go a little, allowing for a mindset shift.

Relationship commitment is still a predominant theme for you as Saturn moves through Aquarius. This year, you are learning more about trust and working through the financial aspects of your relationships in the process. Venus is the planetary ruler of money and love, and the core of all Venus themes is self-worth. A self-defeating inner stream of consciousness isn't that productive, is it? Self-worth starts there.

In January, the North Node moves into Taurus and presents you with new insights about friendships. Technology has helped us broaden our sense of community, but you crave more personal interactions this year. In May, you might travel back to a place you once lived and reconnect with people from your past. Leadership is another possibility for this year as you discern how to share your talents with the world in more meaningful ways.

Rise to accept a call to leadership. This summer, professional opportunities open for you as Jupiter dips into Aries from May 11 to October 28. You've laid a foundation for future success, and you start to see the result of those efforts at the end of the year. Before committing to a job or a project, discern whether it matches your long-term goals. Being in a manifestation phase, you are likely to attract various opportunities. Focus on the ones that excite you for what could come next.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

When you join forces with someone in partnership with a shared vision, you generate power greater than yours alone. We open ourselves to even more greatness when we collaborate because, through significant relationships, we grow and evolve. The coming year is a year for teaming up, rallying for a cause, and deepening relationships.

You will experience the most growth and transformation through your committed partnerships as Saturn moves through Aquarius, but you won't experience the tension you felt last year. Have faith in your partner as you want them to have faith in you. It's safe to drop skepticism if you trust yourself to heed any warning signs you feel. Rely on your intuition when making business decisions, especially in mid-May when a lunar eclipse on May 16 activates the potential for career changes.

The North Node in Taurus highlights financial matters, making this a year to move through any guilt, shame, or fear tied to your economic situation. In healing the roots of insecurity, you rise into a new level of creative output—of heart-centered leadership. Eclipses signify potential shifts, and the solar eclipse draws your attention home, making this a time for movement or change. Family situations remind you of how much you've grown through the years; you're less willing to engage in frustrating relationship dynamics and more invested in genuine connections.

From May 11 to October 28, Jupiter moves through Aries before going retrograde into Pisces. Adventure calls! Will you answer? Jupiter is the planet of faith, and it is shining favorably on you throughout that time. Expand your mind through travel, learning, or a dedicated spiritual practice. You may meet a new teacher if you're open to learning, and they may be different from what you expected.

Exercise caution with financial decisions, especially those involving debt or other people's money. Trust yourself even if you don't have proof if something feels off. Maintain your abundance mindset while staying grounded in truth.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

When I think about the year you've just had, The Interior Castle by St. Theresa of Avila comes to mind. She describes a vision of a castle with seven mansions, and each one offers a practice for moving closer to God. Thanks to Neptune in your opposite sign, you journeyed through interior dwelling places to access creativity and spiritual truth. Perhaps creative expression was even a part of your meditation or prayer practice in a year of healing to deepen love and compassion. All of that soul growth helped you raise your upper limit. In 2022, you will build upon this truth to recognize a direct link between your psychological wellbeing and your sense of abundance. It's rooted in your ability to receive goodness from others and the universe.

The eclipses on April 30 and November 8 give your words more authority. Writing, publishing, and teaching are themes. For a New Year creative visualization, imagine the kinds of invitations you'd like to receive. Can you see yourself speaking on those stages or attending those events? Hold that vision throughout January and see what unfolds.

Jupiter in Pisces highlights partnerships of all kinds, but you could be more aware of what isn't working as well as what is. You don't have to act upon those realizations in a way that disrupts your life; use the information to inform choices moving forward, especially in April as Jupiter meets Neptune in Pisces. Disappointments happen because people aren't perfect. Love and compassion are the gifts to come out of this time. Try to keep this all in perspective—faith in goodness feels good, even if the outcomes are different from what you expected.

Make 2022 a year to write poetry, finish your manuscript, or complete any other creative project you've had in mind. Neptune's influence tugs at our heartstrings, while Jupiter magnifies our potential to share our gifts with others.

Libra (September 22- October 22)

For two years, you've been climbing up the ladder of success and ascending to heights of spiritual awareness along the way. This growth has opened you to experience more goodness in your life, although I'm aware that good doesn't always mean happy. Some philosophers speak of the Good as a perfect, eternal, and moral ideal—a state of completeness or wholeness. Some circumstances in our lives are uncomfortable and painful, but they align us to the Good because we're wired that way. This year, you step up another rung, but this time, without as much of a struggle in the climb.

Jupiter, the planet of opportunities to seize, moves through Pisces much of the year, making this a time to prioritize balance in your work and health. Develop a plan to reduce your obligations and eliminate stressors. (Hint: set boundaries.) You don't have to accept every invitation that comes your way. Jupiter shines a bright light as the biggest planet in our solar system. For part of the year, it shines on your health and routine. It will bless your relationships from May 11 to October 28, making it a favorable time to collaborate with others or form a business partnership.

Relationships are a predominant theme this spring and summer. If you're single, you could be more commitment-oriented. Think of how you invest your attention in relationships and whether you're pleased with the return. For example, if your thoughts tend toward criticism or dissatisfaction, how can you focus your mind more productively? Or if you're giving and giving but only receiving morsels in return, how can you change your part of the dynamic?

The North Node destiny point is in Taurus, helping you learn lessons in both love and money. You're learning the value of interdependence—how to receive support from others without obligation or guilt. You're discovering how to merge with another and still be an autonomous person. Remember, generosity is pure, without strings attached. When you give from that state, you align to abundance.

Mercury goes retrograde in your sign in September, showing you glimpses of past relationships. It's a time to understand some of your more challenging life circumstances so you can grow in wisdom as you make choices in the present day. In October, Venus shines in your sign, helping you become a magnet for attracting more goodness into your life.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)

Last year, pressure from Saturn and Jupiter encouraged you to surrender to change—no more resistance or staying stuck. Good! You're ready for something new. So, I offer you an analogy for 2022. As I write this, I see rosebuds popping up in my garden pinched closed and not ready to bloom, but when they burst open, wow! They will be breathtaking. So, too, you'll start to blossom in new ways this year, but be patient with the process.

Jupiter, the planet of opportunity, shines in Pisces for much of the year, signaling a time of creative output to feed your most invigorating dreams. In April, Jupiter meets with Neptune, the planet of mysticism, restoring your faith that good times are headed your way.

These planets are in a fertile sign, indicating you could be giving birth to something new. It could mean bringing a child into your family or nurturing a project along. What would you like to call in at this time? You have manifestation power, especially before May 11.

The North Node destiny point moves through your opposite sign, indicating growth through relationships. As you prepare for this new year, look at your relationship status with genuine appreciation. It's hard to create new relationship dynamics from a place of frustration. It's more productive to look at the dynamics as a whole and not just what you'd like to change. A lunar eclipse in your sign on May 16 shows you working on you, and your partnerships will adjust.

We don't have as much awareness of our limitations during Jupiter transits. Keep this in mind when you say yes to others. Not every opportunity is a golden one. Several past intentions might start to sprout at once, leaving you in a quandary. If you are weighing a decision, follow your enthusiasm first. Then, thank Jupiter. Remember, joy is not self-indulgent. Joy is infectious; it ripples out to the world. So is courage! Have the courage to be joyful even if those around you are not.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)

Queue up the happiest songs on your playlist for this new year. You may feel an immediate shift: Good times are coming your way. Your ruling planet, Jupiter, has been in signs ruled by Saturn for the last two years. In mythology, Saturn is Jupiter's father, and as the king of the gods, Saturn wanted to maintain power. So, he swallowed his children to prevent an overthrow situation. Saved by his mother, Jupiter lived to defeat his father. You can imagine the astrological story of heroic Jupiter in strict Saturn's sign.

You might have moved through periods of hopelessness in the past two years. Here's the good news! Being void of hope leads us to accept where we are and what is. It brings us into the present moment. We release attachment to some of our unfulfilled desires and dreams when we do that. Our ego surrenders some of its power, and we open ourselves to magic, wonder, and possibility. We learn what's true and what's not. You create your life this year in this state of clarity and freedom. I call that power.

You've cut away distractions to invest in the most valuable relationships and opportunities. You've prioritized your day-to-day activities and learned the art of saying no to anything that doesn't align with your purpose. You can now see which opportunities will work out for your best good. Be discerning, especially from May 11 to October 28, when Jupiter in Aries signals luck.

This message also applies to your love life, a hot-button area of your life this year. If you're dating, romance can lead to a love that lasts, but resist putting pressure on a new relationship. Let things unfold. If you've been partnered, it is an excellent time to rekindle that spark through travel, activities with your children, or through a shared creative project, like a home renovation.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)

Your ruling planet, Saturn, was the star of last year's astrology as it squared off with Uranus in a challenging match with the rule-makers on one side and the rebels on the other. You may have felt like a referee at times, unsure of whether to favor tradition or cheer for the changing world. Through it all, you've been pushed to evolve. This year offers a whole new vibe than the last two. It's as if you stand at the peak of the mountain, looking out at the expansive view, pleased to have done that climb.

You have mastered so many lessons over your lifetime, especially within the past two years. So, you have wisdom and knowledge to share, which is good because you can embrace your role as a teacher this year. Jupiter moves through Pisces much of the year, and you could be inspired to write or speak. Marketing is another theme with this placement, and if you're looking for a strategy, start in your local community.

Jupiter dips into Aries from May 11 to October 28, at which time you might consider making changes to your home or spending more time with your family. Be cautious not to overdo it, though. Jupiter in Pisces animates your hopes and dreams. It inspires optimism. Jupiter in Aries, though, can burst a bubble if you're ignoring your truth. Be willing to see all sides of a situation—the good, bad, and ugly.

The solar eclipses on April 30 and November 8 activate your leadership potential, nudging you to overcome any fears of being in the spotlight. If you're the kind of person who works behind the scenes for others, you might find yourself on center stage. Creativity is more playful and experimental this year. Here's your permission slip to have fun!

The North Node in Taurus means this year's eclipses will catalyze significant change in your love life. Be willing to question your beliefs about love and relationships, and to date in a way that allows you to feel free.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)

Looking back, 2021 brought the promise of change as new doors of opportunity opened. Jupiter moved through your sign, shining in ways that offered you recognition. All the seeds you planted last year will start to sprout and bear fruit, but you'll have to maintain a steady flow of output. Commitments will come with extra responsibilities, and at times, you might question whether you made the right choices. Saturn, the planet of stability, moves through your sign all year; trust that any efforts you make this year will pay off. Be patient and trust!

On January 19, the North Node enters Taurus and pulls your focus toward the home and hearth. Does your current space feel nurturing and supportive? Do you get along with neighbors? Things could become uncomfortable as the universe's way of motivating change. Letting go of what you've outgrown opens you to miraculous new beginnings.

Starting a family could also be a theme, but that doesn't mean things will go smoothly. The transiting North Node shows us what we fear and offers guidance for moving through those fears to arrive at faith. In the process, we heal not just ourselves, but also the family systems that influenced our core beliefs. We heal intergenerational pain, fear, and trauma. You're working through this throughout 2022, especially in mid-May and early November.

Be conservative with your spending and work toward long-term goals in financial matters. Your inflated sense of faith could be a bubble that bursts. Yes, be optimistic! Balance it, though, with a solid reality check, especially in April when Jupiter meets dreamy Neptune in Pisces.

Later in the year, relationships become the focus. If you're in a relationship, talk through everything with your partner clearly and openly. Be vulnerable when you have concerns. Mars goes retrograde in Gemini in late October, which could signify a turning point in your love life. If you and your partner haven't connected as lovers, make time for romance leading up to that retrograde cycle. As the year draws to a close, you reflect on past love in a way that fosters forgiveness of self and others. Lead with compassion.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20)

Get ready for one of the most inspired years of your life. Jupiter, the planet of abundant opportunities, moves through your sign most of the year, making this a time of expansion, invitation, and manifestation. It's time to dream big and live into those dreams with wild abandon. At the start of the year, you'll be more aware of what to clear or declutter on your way to creating new beginnings. Think of January-February as a time to till the soil to prepare for the seeds you will plant. As you do, you'll raise the limits of what's possible for your life. What are you capable of achieving? What contributions do you wish to offer the world?

The North Node enters Taurus on January 19, inviting you to teach or learn. You could feel called to express yourself through written or spoken words, especially in May and November when two eclipses activate that potential.

Jupiter meets Neptune in your sign in April, opening you to magic and miracles. This transit shows you the beauty of your dreams and offers practical steps toward realizing those dreams. On a spiritual level, you're going through a time of accelerated growth, making it possible for you to open to a greater experience of love. Make sure you keep things in perspective, though, especially in relationships. Are you holding hope that someone will change without seeing any progress? If so, accept what is and set boundaries to honor yourself.

If you don't see the fruits of your efforts this year, trust that you're planting seeds, and they will sprout. Keep the faith and stay committed to anything you start. As long as your heart's invested and leading the way, you'll reach success.
