ILA’s 3rd Biennial Women and Leadership conference provides a critical forum for bringing together top leadership thinkers and practitioners and is uniquely designed to support the development of successful, professional women in a nourishing, supportive community.
Plenary sessions featuring best-selling authors, and well-known leadership experts anchor a program designed to offer distinctive opportunities for learning, discussion, networking, reflection, and renewal. Enjoy conference activities on campus, including yoga, meditation, tai chi, hiking, reflective writing, fireside chats, facilitated meal-time discussions, and live performances about Grandma Moses and Eleanor Roosevelt.

An optional tour of the Eleanor Roosevelt Val-Kill Partnership at nearby Hyde Park is available Wednesday afternoon. To depart Wednesday, register for three night accommodations (June 11 – 14); to depart Thursday, register for four night accommodations (June 11 – 15).
