Leadership Learning Lab
The Leadership Learning Lab is a three-month component of Omega Institute’s learning community. Designed for seasonal staff at Omega, participants gain new skills they can apply immediately in the workplace.
The program includes weekly workshops, thought-provoking presentations, experiential exercises, and facilitated dialogue honoring a wide range of perspectives. Through class work, reflection, and practice, new leadership ideas emerge, are tested, and are integrated into the work of Omega and the OWLC.
