Deidre Freer is an educator, certified fascial maneuvers coach, and cocreator of the VESSEL programs, where she blends movement, breath, and belief awareness to help shift stored pressure into clarity and ease. She also facilitates the Human Garage Parents Program, bringing fascia-based movement and emotional insight into homes, classrooms, and communities.
After living with chronic head pressure and misunderstood tension for 30 years, Deidre experienced profound shifts through fascia-based movement, mineral hydration, and body-language awareness. She discovered that physical symptoms often reflect emotional stories—beliefs and patterns the body is trying to express.
With more than 23 years of experience in education, Deidre integrates early childhood intervention, special education, breathwork, sound, and fascial movement to help others reconnect with the natural rhythm of their bodies. Her work teaches people how to listen gently to their body’s signals and explore what those signals may be saying with curiosity, compassion, and presence. Deidre holds certificates as a Fascial Maneuvers Coach with Human Garage, a master’s degree in education, Special Education & Early Childhood Intervention Specialist, 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training, Sound Healing practitioner, and Reiki practitioner II.
