Guided by leading experts—sleep specialist Dr. Michael Breus, restorative yoga teacher Jillian Pransky, Reiki Master Andrea Kennedy, and naturopathic doctor Dr. Tom Francescott—you explore rest as both sacred practice and science-backed medicine.

In this immersive retreat, you:

  • Discover your unique chronotype and learn to align your sleep, light, movement, and meals for deeper vitality
  • Explore how nutrition, detox pathways, the microbiome, and adrenal balance shape your rest and resilience
  • Experience Holy Fire® Reiki to replenish at every level

Through mindfulness, breathwork, and restorative yoga, you soothe the vagus nerve and reset your nervous system. Dr. Michael Breus — The Science of Sleep: How To Be Better In Bed

Dr. Breus gives a quick Sleep 101 and helps participants identify their Sleep Chronotype. From there, they learn the best times for sleep, coffee, exercise, and sex based on their biology.

8:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
Andrea Kennedy — Holy Fire® Reiki Healing Experience

Ease into a deep state of relaxation as Andrea leads a Holy Fire® Reiki transmission designed to clear energetic stress and prepare your body, mind, and spirit for restorative sleep.


Saturday Morning

Jillian Pransky — Restorative Yoga for Deep Release and Nervous System Reset

Through mindful movement, supported postures, and breath awareness, Jillian guides you into profound states of rest and embodiment. Experience how slowing down can soothe the vagus nerve, release emotional tension, and invite deep calm.

Andrea Kennedy — Holy Fire® Reiki Healing Experience

Re-enter the healing field with a morning Reiki session focused on energetic balance and integration. This session amplifies the restorative effects of the morning’s yoga and prepares you for deeper self-healing.

Dr. Breus shares how sleep impacts longevity and aging, covers supplements, cannabis, and jet lag, and shares five science-backed steps to improve sleep immediately.

Dr. Tom Francescott — Detox, Restore, and Rebalance: The Functional Medicine Approach to Rest

Explore how toxins, stress, and hormonal imbalances affect your sleep and vitality. Dr. Francescott offers holistic tools — from nutrition and breathwork to adrenal support and mindful detox — that bring your whole system into harmony.
