Step into a weekend of radical restoration—where science meets spirit to help you reclaim your energy, sleep, and serenity. Guided by leading experts—dream teacher Robert Moss (appearing virtually), restorative yoga teacher Jillian Pransky, Reiki Master Andrea Kennedy, and naturopathic doctor Tom Francescott—you explore rest as both sacred practice and science-backed medicine.

In this immersive retreat, you:

  • Explore the twilight zone between sleep and waking—a powerful liminal state for lucid dreaming, creative insight, healing visualization, and connecting with inner guidance
  • Explore how nutrition, detox pathways, the microbiome, and adrenal balance shape your rest and resilience
  • Experience Holy Fire® Reiki to replenish at every level

Through mindfulness, breathwork, restorative yoga, and dream exploration, you soothe the vagus nerve and reset your nervous system. The weekend closes with a powerful panel on rest as a revolutionary act of self-care and spiritual alignment. You leave nourished, renewed, and more attuned to your body’s innate wisdom.

Robert Moss — You Have Treasures in the Twilight Zone

The best place for you to find creative solutions, become a lucid dreamer with minimal effort, and meet your council of inner advisers is the twilight zone between sleep and awake. The liminal space of hypnagogia, as sleep researchers call it, has been a solution state for innovators in many fields, including science and technology. You can take off from here any night (or day, if you take naps) on lucid dream adventures. When you make it your game to have more fun in the twilight zone, you have an antidote for insomnia: why push yourself to sleep if you don’t feel like it and can play wonderful virtual reality games without getting out of bed? You may even find yourself engaged in a type of horizontal meditation that leads to the continuity of consciousness prized by practitioners of the yoga of sleep and dreams. You will also find this an ideal space for making your own life movies, for creative visualization for manifestation and healing.

Jillian Pransky — Restorative Yoga for Deep Release and Nervous System Reset

Through mindful movement, supported postures, and breath awareness, Jillian guides you into profound states of rest and embodiment. Experience how slowing down can soothe the vagus nerve, release emotional tension, and invite deep calm.

Andrea Kennedy — Holy Fire® Reiki Healing Experience

Re-enter the healing field with a morning Reiki session focused on energetic balance and integration. This session amplifies the restorative effects of the morning’s yoga and prepares you for deeper self-healing.

Jillian Pransky — Loving Presence: Mindfulness and Rest as Spiritual Practice

Move beyond physical rest into the heart of mindfulness. Through guided meditation and gentle yoga nidra, Jillian helps you experience rest as an act of love — a gateway to compassion, connection, and spiritual renewal.
