The Self, Reframed is an immersive weekend workshop for those ready to take a thoughtful and embodied deep dive into the self with care, guided by Lihi Benisty, breathwork facilitator, movement researcher, somatic guide, and poet.
Through breathwork, intuitive movement, and somatic self-inquiry, we explore four core pillars—body, breath, narrative, and the relational field—as distinct vantage points for meeting the many layers of the self.
Together, we explore how the body holds memory and patterns, how the breath influences regulation and expression, how stories shape our identity, and how relationships reveal who we are becoming. Lihi guides you to reframe your inner landscape, not by fixing what's "wrong," but by listening deeply to what's already whole as you reimagine what it means to feel at home in your own being.
In this weekend of remembering, you leave with embodied tools, shared language, and a deeper sense of steadiness—within and in connection.
