Naina Bajekal is the editorial director of newsroom development and the deputy international editor at TIME, based in London. She works on stories from around the world, with a particular focus on gender and racial justice, climate change and migration. She also leads equity, diversity and inclusion across the newsroom to improve transparency and create career pathways. She holds a degree in English literature and modern languages from the University of Oxford.
