Pádraig Ó Tuama

Pádraig Ó Tuama is a poet and theologian from Ireland whose work centers around themes of language, power, conflict, and religion. His poetry has received acclaim in circles of literature, psychology, politics, and theology, and has been published in the Harvard Review, Poetry Ireland, Gutter, and the Academy of American Poets, to name a few. 
 
Pádraig presents ”Poetry Unbound” from The On Being Project, where he is also the staff theologian. His books include: Readings from the Book of Exile; Sorry for Your Troubles; In the Shelter; and Borders & Belonging. A book edition of Poetry Unbound is forthcoming in October 2022, with a new poetry collection from Pádraig expected in 2023. He is a member and former leader of the Corrymeela Community, Ireland’s oldest reconciliation community.
