- Welcome Circle & Intention Setting:
Begin with a casual welcome circle where participants introduce themselves, share their intentions for the weekend, and set a positive tone. Led by Veronica Domingo. - Sound Bath Meditation:
A deeply restorative sound session to help everyone unwind from their travels and ease into the retreat. The experience invites us to listen with all the senses, transporting us into a journey. Instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments can promote healing, relieve stress, calm the nervous system, and invite release. Led by Katie Down. - Optional Campfire Stories & Music:
End the evening with a casual gathering around a campfire (real or symbolic), where participants can share stories, sing, or simply enjoy acoustic music—and s’mores! Led by Veronica Domingo.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of Omega's natural surroundings during a slow, guided walk designed to awaken mindfulness and deepen your connection with the environment. Led by Fru Molnar, this gentle journey encourages you to engage your senses fully, embrace embodiment, and cultivate a profound relationship with nature. Through reflective practices and intentional movement, you rediscover the healing and grounding power of the natural world—perfect for anyone seeking peace, presence, and rejuvenation. - Paint Your Soul: Yantra-Mantra Immersion:
A transformative workshop that combines yantra, mantra, and the meditative practice of dharana (single-pointed focus). During this session with Padme, sacred geometry merges with color and sound to awaken healing and self-realization. You are guided to paint your own yantra while we activate it with mantra—nourishing your soul in sacred sounds while we paint. The process is a blend of creative expression, meditation, and energy activation. We begin with a template and then engage in meditative painting to quiet the mind, deepen intuition, and connect inward. No prior experience is needed.

In this hands-on workshop, you create edible art, crafting intricate designs using royal icing and sugar cookies with a spiritual twist. Guided by our expert instructor, you explore mindfulness through pattern-making while learning decorating techniques to transform cookies into works of art. No prior experience needed—just bring your creativity and enjoy this sweet, soulful experience. - Crafting Custom Essential Oil Blends: Relaxation & Energy:
Discover the art of creating personalized essential oil blends tailored to uplift your spirit or calm your mind. Led by aromatherapist and herbalist Libby Vlasic, this hands-on workshop guides you through the basics of essential oil selection, blending techniques, and the science behind their effects. Whether you're seeking serenity, a boost of energy, or a balance of both, you leave with your own custom blend and the knowledge to incorporate aromatherapy into your daily wellness routine. - Writing With the Five Senses:
Through a series of "hunting and gathering" exercises, this guided writing session invites participants to explore the senses in a warm, reflective, and flexible environment. Whether your goal is to start or invigorate a journaling practice, share creative work, or polish it for publication, sensory details help your words leap off the page. Led by Nina Shengold. - Creative Botanical Collage:
Spend an evening exploring the quiet beauty of pressed flowers in this gentle, creative session with horticulturist and garden designer Missy Bateson. You are invited to slow down, look closely, and let natural forms guide your imagination as you arrange a personal botanical collage on archival cardstock. A curated selection of dried flowers, herbs, and foliage will be set out for you to explore, and each participant has a small sorting tray to gather the pieces that speak to them.
Missy shares simple ideas from the symbolic language of plants to spark inspiration. Everyone leaves with a finished collage in a lightweight box for safe transport. No art experience is needed. This is a peaceful space to unwind and enjoy the subtle stories that plants offer. Led by Missy V. Bateson.

Deep Listening for Energy Balancing:
A session focused on strengthening and balancing the body's energy centers through a guided sound meditation and visualization. A powerful session intended to help close out the retreat and send you on your journey with ease and confidence. Led by Katie Down.
11:00 a.m.–Noon
Closing Circle & Reflection:
The final session where participants can share their experiences, reflect on their learnings, and say goodbye. This can include a small ritual, such as writing intentions or gratitude notes. Led by Veronica Domingo.
