Beginning with Jon Kabat-Zinn, the practice of mindfulness meditation has become an increasingly valued part of Omega’s offerings. Learn more about mindfullness workshops & retreats at Omega.

mind·ful·ness (noun):
The practice of bringing nonjudgmental attention to the present moment.

With so many distractions in the modern world, the simple yet profound practice of mindfulness helps us develop the ability to deepen our moment-to-moment awareness. And scientific research continues to prove that mindfulness practices are good for us, too.
